I think something"s wrong with my rom. Whenever I enter Lemmy's Mansion, Luigi appears coming out of the ceiling, falls through everything like there's nothing solid there, and dies. So, the level is pretty much impossible

Correct! And, the flame-spitting pirahna plants in Lemmy's Mansion are the same sprite as the fire cannons Super Mario Bros. 3, just with a different image over them.
