Is it true that PM removed DACUSing? If so, why?

Also, I never see Snake using his Down-B in the air to recover. I always see them airdodging upwards trying to recover. Is there something new that prevents this from working? From what I've seen, they haven't changed the falling speed of the C4, and Snake's has been increased. The increase shouldn't be that drastic, besides, the C4 was always below Snake in vBrawl.

they didn't remove the DACUS. it's just a lot harder to do and you slide less due to increased traction so I barely ever bother using it.

secondly, C4 recovering still works to some extent I guess but imo it's harder to do and not worth it, plus I suck and mess up all the time LOL
