aloha i think avocado are in, you have to educate yourself about them ask the produce guy which ones are good. search to you find the ones you like. i like the one that you cut open and have great color, nice green outer meat. the fattier the better. great on salads, make gucumole i like red bell red onion cumin and salt lemon on lettuce. people like the green smoothie, banana kale or collard and avocado blend with water, some ice sweeterner, stevia or choice.simple is best. mahalo

damn shit. its able for a smoker to become a happy nonsmoker if one loves itself enough. Food is the same way, its just about loving yourself, accepting everything about you. Its just a mental game, its easy if you re ready.

Haha! I ate sushi but went veggie so no red meat or chicken. I ate 75% so my last meal of the day was a cooked meal. That way I wouldn't go crazy. I actually lost too much weight doing this so watch out. Yeah I work out 5 to 6 times a week. Iam freak runner!
