Alright, this is my theory.

He hacked an account, selling all of it's gear and giving his own character all of the non soulbound items. He sent the money he got from vendoring the gear and other soulbound items to his own character.

@godsrightbuttcheek that doesn't matter. the vid said deleting a lvl 70 not taking gold off of my toon and selling my gear, then deleting my lvl 70. He did what the vid said he was gonna do. Don't belittle
