@newgtguy There are two constitutions, the original one for sovereign citizens, and the federally created one for people like you, which works because you adamantly believe it. So pay taxes and let the government screw you and keep your mind closed .

@whatthephuque P.S. There are not two constitutions. This is patriot nonsense. Just like the whole "show me the law" argument tax protestors use. If you are a citizen, you are a subject and liable for every statute they create.

@whatthephuque The Constitution mentions nothing about sovereignty and the SSN isn't mentioned anywhere and does not make you a slave (although it helps).
The Constitution creates two political classes, the People (those who make the rules) and the Citizens (those who follow the rules). The only way people are enslaved today is by A. claiming to be a citizen and B. Claiming the name on thier "birth certificate."

@newgtguy "Sovereign" is a legal term that applies to the original Constitution. You are a subject of the second Constitution by virtue of your acquisition of a Social Security number. This has nothing to do with God. These are legal terms that make you a slave. Take the time to learn the distinction.

How can u argue what God has given in court bro? What if they file a Habeus Corpus on HIM to testify on ur behalf that He indeed has given you this gift?
The wicked 14th amendment actually LEGALIZED slavery forever. You need to be able to read the fine print. It goes as such..
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW;"...
So WITH due process of law they can deprive us of liberty and property. The law [state] is now king.

Incorrect. Sovereignty comes from God. Anytime a man-made document claims to grant rights, they are civil rights. The word Sovereign does not appear in the Constitution.
If one set of man grants another set of men rights, who is in the dominant position? This explains what is happening today. Citizens are in a condition of total servitude.
Sovereign Citizen is an oxymoron.
