@jaker5555 I also have these shoes and I noticed the air flow as well. Very nice shoes, great value.

I am tickled by someone telling me about my new shoes! My first pair of ASICS, and they're great to wear. I noted the flow of air coming through the top meshing, keeping my feet cool. Very light. Not overly expensive either.

Your Nimbus is a neutral shoe, this 1160 is classified as a stability shoe.

I was looking for a less expensive alternative to my gel-nimbus for a during-the-week shoe. I tried on several other brands and styles and ended up choosing this one. Wore it the first time on a 5K and it did well. We'll see how well it holds up.
