@mangdannyboy They stayed there til they moved to Yonge and Dundas in late 2010 and CTV News won't use it. They report from 9 Channel Nine Court in Agincourt. It's currenty remade and used for (maybe) etalk.

1:14-1:21 >> notice that there was still the CP24 logo across the newsroom, even though by that time, 24 was already under CTV...if you'll see that same shot of the city newsroom now, the 24 logos have been removed...at any rate, city's moving out of 299 queen street anyway in a matter of months.
i wonder which CTV unit will be using that newsroom, though, once city's gone...:(

HAHAHA. Now I knew Citytv was in HD, but I didn't know Citytv and CBC are the only ones with HD.

anne mroczkowski and mark dailey look pinker in HD, for one thing. hehehehe. :D
citytv toronto is only one of two stations here who have their local newscasts in HD, by the way (the other being CBC's CBLT).

However, they were used to be called CityPulse. Until 2006, when 3 more Citytv stations were established out of ex-A-Channel stations. Hopefully they'll bring back the CityPulse name when they move into their new digs.
Oh, and the 'other network' is CTV.
