Most cops I know became cops to make a change without waiting until something tragic happened...then, 70 yr old grandma going to college? Really??? What school, what year, what city? Then getting assaulted and almost raped at a bus stop during the day??? Pretty bold for a attempted rape during the day at a bus stop.
