Proctors Schenectady - Matia Restoration- Ornamental Plaster Repairs

Restoration of the ceiling of the vestibule at Proctor's Theatre by Artur Matia of Matia Restoration. Long covered by paneling and having details destroyed during the coverup, Artur hand crafted the replacement decorative details in plaster to the delight of all who enter the revived 1926 theater. Balcony ceiling damage is repaired by recasting ventilation grill in plaster to match.

Great to see but it would have been much better with a coentary of what and how it was done. Also a movie rather than still shots.
