Just saw Kay on "Gunsmoke" and she is a beauty

William Holden went out on the limb to take this role. He's been paired with a lot of established stars—Grace Kelly, Kim Novak, Audrey Hepburn to name a few. But to portray a 55 year old man with an 18 year old was risky. But he was always a risk taker. Remember it was 1973. He brought all his talents to this movie and did a great job.

Does anyone remember her in a made for T.V. film in 1972 called "Lisa, bright and dark"? That was great.
A few years ago, I was flipping channels before going to work at the Countrywide file department, a job I hated, when I came across this movie ... "Breezy" on AMC with Ms. Lenz and Holden. It attracted my "eyes" for some reason. I soon got the dvd within a year, its first release. It seemed to capture the time perfectly (although I was a baby)...the early up to middle 70s in los angeles. You'll "love" the people, housing prices, clothing, cars, and great "love story in general". Get the dvd!

I saw Breezy in 73 and had a crush on Kay ever since. She is a fine dramatic actress and won Emmys in 73 and 89. She was also good in "Fast Walking" and "Gunfighters Moon" I saw her this week on Law&Order SVU "Guilt" she owned the episode. She was last in the season opener of "House" Being the same age as Kay it is a shock to realize her film career has spanned five decades!
