Ingredients:
1 Damascus Flax Roll Up
3 slices of honey turkey
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1 oz of baby spinach
½ Green peppers
½ Red peppers
1 tablespoon of fat free mayonnaise
Instruction:
Lay flat the Damascus Flax Roll Up and brush fat free mayonnaise. Add baby spinach, honey turkey, Swiss cheese, green and red peppers in front of each other. Then roll everything up. Cut into half and share! Enjoy your delicious and healthy food!

@007025 Yes, low carbs are the key to losing weight. I went from size 14 to size 4 in less than a year by cutting the carbs. I love mayo, cheese, cream, butter, coconut oil & meats with fat in them .. as long as we eat lots of vegetables and skip the sweets and grains we can be healthy and slim! Do some serious research on the latest science regarding animal fats and how the "$ agri-biz $" spread false information regarding how we must eat grains, fruits & vegetable oils. Shame on them!!!
