@USNavySEALSWCC I figured your the perfect person to ask due to your occupation and what you guys put your bodies through with very little sleep. I've only found anecdotal evidence that undersleeping is bad for your health. However I've yet to actually come across any peer-reviewed articles on the matter.

@USNavySEALSWCC Hi :) I've been on your website and I've seen your articles and I had a question about overall health. I've looked around google for the answer and I've checked my library on campus and couldn't find any info on it (I'm probably looking in the wrong place since my campus has the 3rd biggest archive in North America). If I'm working out 2-3 hours daily and I'm only getting 4 to 5 hours of sleep at night I'm I at a substantially higher risk for early mortality or mental illness?

@humphrey6000 Increase your daily water intake. Recommended water consumption is at least eight glasses of water every day. However, if you are doing sports or physically active every day, it is suggested to increase your water consumption to avoid dehydration. Lack of water in the body can disrupt normal functioning of the body systems that can also lead to vertigo.
Do regular exercises to stay in shape and reduce stress. Stress can also lead to vertigo.
