Let me ask you Whats the diffence ? You pay off the Local Govt? that makes you feel better? Ticket in the mail , you send in check , gets cashed and put into account, the money id distribute to pay the salaries of the Police Chief,Mayor and the local politicians . The money just goes to the top thats the only difference.

i been stop by malaysia traffic police on highway toward kl....they stop me,and say i was running over the speed limits of 110kmh.bt my car was install speed monitor tat can play bac hw fast i go....so he say the summons is rm400.bt itold them tat to much....so tis idiot make an offer to me to settle wif S$100dlrs....wat happen to malaysia police,,,,dun the gov, take action toward them....im so proud to b s'porean....our police dun take bride even been offer S$10k.....malaysia bole...........

I was extorted of S$100 by more than 7 Polis di Raja Malaysia, including a butch; all in uniform on 16 July 2011 at 8:30 pm at the Johor/Woodlands Causeway on the pretext of 'Helping Me"! They work as a syndicate and I Curse Them! Investing in the Iskandar Project?........I SPIT ON THEM!!!! They are a disgrace to their King and Nation!
