Vic Titles, held on the west coast. Day 1 was at Kennett River and day 2 was at Sugarloaf. Very average video as I didn't dive so no underwater footage.

It's a conga eel, didn't win because of the one fish tho. Fish are scored on weight and are graded differently, the extra weight in a conga that size can equal a couple of other species on it's own.
