@saijai587 It is but unfortunately this is not how corporations operate. It might work for a company of 100-200 employees, but 500 plus it becomes convoluted.

Zappos is a great example of this principle. Google them to find out how they go about things. Each of their employees loves working their because they are put first and respected.
It's such a simple concept; it's a pity more businesses don't adopt it.

So true: "Bad decisions and good decisions ... you have to create trust." "You create trust by pushing the envelope of transparency."
I see everything Mr. Nayar is talking about playing out in companies today that are afraid to embrace an employee-first focus.
