This is my first video comp that is why it is so short and might not live up to your expectations.

About Andy Carroll:

Total Appearances 20
Total Goals 5

Liverpool secured the record signing of England striker Andy Carroll from Newcastle United on January 31, 2011.
With power, pace and a penchant for rippling the net, our new No.9 is one of the brightest prospects in British football.
Carroll knows all about playing in a pressured environment having worn Alan Shearer's legendary shirt in front of the Toon Army.
Liverpool's scouts first become aware of his abilities having seen him at close hand during the FA Youth Cup semi-final in March 2007. Although Newcastle were well beaten, Carroll scored in the first leg at St James' Park and was a real handful throughout.
Liverpool and Newcastle legend Kevin Keegan once described Carroll as 'Probably in the top three headers of a ball I have ever seen in football.'
After graduating through the Toon Academy, he became Newcastle's youngest ever European debutant when he played against Palermo during a 1-0 UEFA Cup win in 2006 at the age of 17.
The striker scored his first senior goal against Juventus in a friendly on July 29, 2007. After the game the Juventus 'keeper Gianluigi Buffon tipped Carroll to have a big future.
He then fired his first league goal on his full home debut against West Ham on January 10, 2009.
Despite Newcastle's relegation from the top flight in 2008-09, they made an instant return after a Carroll-inspired season in the Championship. Defences were sick of the sight of this marauding hitman as he hit 19 goals.
Carroll was also recognised by his peers when he was included in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.
At the start of the 2010-11 season he was given a major confidence boost when he was handed Shearer's famous No.9 shirt in Tyneside.
He soon began to do it justice when he netted his first senior hat-trick for Newcastle in their 6-0 thrashing of Aston Villa on August 22, 2010.
His performances hadn't gone unnoticed at international level either and Fabio Capello couldn't hold him back any longer as he made his England debut wearing the No.9 shirt v France on November 17, 2010.
It was hardly a classic display from Capello's team but the performance of Carroll certainly gave the international team a bright hope for the future.
It was turning out to be quite a season for the young forward, who would make his Liverpool bow as a substitute in a 3-1 victory over Manchester United on March 6, 2011.
Three weeks later, on March 29, there was another picturebook moment: a first England goal in a friendly against Ghana at Wembley.

  • @stefanbabe he is not the problem for liverpool. liverpool is the problem for him. he has to learn to deal with the pressure which he is starting to. he is an awesome striker if he concentrates.

  • @TheBigezee and now he is a problem for Liverpool.

  • @GulpinGrannie Doesn't matter he's scoring & assisting goals at the moment, United are 1 of the best teams in England & Carroll was man of the match against them. He's been unlucky & has hit the post a lot of times this season but now he's starting to score u clearly hate to see it. He's only been at the club a year & joined from Newcastle who play a different style of football to Liverpool. I made 1 spelling mistake, at least i don't put question marks in random places, crap isn't a question.

  • @joelmilks123 This guy was bought for £35Million, and he's on form because he's scored against teams who are let's face it, crap??? And btw, it's 'you're clearly the fucking retard', nice one there, retard.

  • @GulpinGrannie bit harsh, Carroll's been in form since the start of 2012 he scored a goal against Oldham, got an assist against United to knock them out the FA Cup, Scored against Wolves and he scored a goal and assisted a goal against Brighton. Your clearly the fucking retard.

  • @GulpinGrannie yea and every other team...

  • Getting better! Score a couple of goals and help liverpool win carling cup please!

  • @joelmilks123 When has he ever been in form you fucking retard?

  • @blainusTV YES MY SON.

  • @tarantinole The German National Anthem.
