The repetitive sound and movement that comes from hitting a speed bag can be relaxing once you master the proper technique. Here's what you need to know.

  • @moneywatch or anybody... I feel like my technique might be out distancing my setup. I have a sort of standard Century heavy/speed combo. Can anyone tell me how important these items are: The swivel, the stability of the mount/thickness of mounting board, size of the bag, inflation level of the bag should be maxed? Any help is much appreciated.

  • Thanks for the tips, man!

  • A very nice explanation, including bag height, arm position and movment. Good job.
