Thanks you Mr. Cuccinelli for all your efforts battle for this unconstitutional requirement to buy health insurance or be taxed for not buying the product. PART 2: The person who gets to judge has the power. Less power in the realm of a fallible human, more freedom for others. Same with our currency. Why take our labors (savings, "property") & put it in some socialist's/communist's hands to make a "judgement" on it's value in the name of "fairness"? A formula for property confiscation of my earnings by the hidden (gov printing press) tax of inflating the currency. It's happening right now!

To Mr. Huckabee: PART 1: I appreciate your efforts & agree w/u on many things, however, you are making a mistake with the 'Fair tax.' It should be a Flat tax. No one can 'mess' w/a flat tax & no tax is "fair" because "fair" is in the eye of the beholder. (GO TO PART 2)

Someone called me on my home phone, with a recording by Mike Huckabee. I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO CALL ME ON THE PHONE FOR ANY PURPOSE. In fact, I have deliberately REFUSED to give my phone number to anybody. You have to SNOOP to get it. As a result of this INVASION OF MY PRIVACY, I no longer support Huckabee in any way, and am sorry I ever considered it. If a conservative won't respect your home, he's not a conservative. I don't give a hoot how "legitimate" his reasons are.
