  • @dave00dance Yeah

  • @garyianbritton no I did not!

  • @MMoruzov It would be nice, will never happen tho. I think you missed the point of my comment...

  • @garyianbritton I believe that if you`re going into another country to work and get a better life you should have the decency to learn the official language.

  • What a stupid list of comments. The film is not about if Douglas's character is a racist a nationalist or whatever, its about a man going crazy due to the pressures of the modern world. Sure he is a bit racist in this scene, but he goes onto do loads of other stuff he wouldn't "normally" do, killing people etc. The point is he's pushed so far he loses it and does everything he wouldn't "normally" do. Having a go at someone's accent is hardly the worst of his crimes!

  • @HiramClarkeX3 shut the fuck up tuff guy.

  • Is tht white guy racist? B-cuz atleast he spoke english nd plus hes juz doin his job. Tht white guy has a fukin attitude...i would beat his ass if he came up to me like tht

  • @MissusFingerBottom I happened to understand him perfectly, even when his hands were over his mouth. Some people can't help but have an accent. He spoke much better english than some of the natives that live around me.

I think people who speak zero english are annoying when they live here. An accent? Not something that should cause annoyance.

  • I'm going to go into a designer label shop and be like "how much is this leather bag?" and if I'm not happy with the price I'll go around smashing things up.

  • @Strangepete how many of us think this way though. It's a social construct, yes, but it gives us a sense of identity. and it is annoying that immigrants don't bother to brush up on the language of the country they are moving to... (I'm not American, but I live in a country where there is an infux of immigrants who don't speak English getting jobs that require them to speak it)
