The coaching staff hasn't decided to leave. They were given the option on staying in Memphis or going with him. He is discouraging players and recruits from going to Kentucky and is volunteering to help you find a new coach. Sounds like a good guy to me.

Coach Cal is going to be missed here in Memphis. He took his dream job and Good Luck to him. The man knows the game and has class and style.

He is a great guy, he really is. I am a Kansas fan and I loved this game, such a hard fought championship. But it is also depressing, to see such a team, such a spectacular team go down the way they did. Calipari is one of the great coaches in NCAA, one of the most colorful, like Self and Pearl. I hope they all win a championship. They all deserve it, especially Calipari.

but I dont think that in the last two minutes of regulation and in overtime they played like they deserved it.
