@batvalj Actually no, in the lastest BETA (3) available on slatedroid, the Wi-Fi and ethernet work fine.

how did you managed to do that!? i so want to do it. but i don't know how. An it's posible with Ubuntu 11.04?

@Cdmas2 Hacked the Android kernel and added Linux binaries and told init to look for the ROOTFS on the SDCard rather than NAND. It is only possible with Ubuntu 9.04 unfortunately and Canonical dropped Armv6 support at ubuntu 10.
