That was kind of a surreal moment. Cheney had been spoofed as some sort of movie villain for years, and here he was, looking the part more than ever. Honestly, he is a thoroughly unlikeable man, and he clearly does not care that he is unlikeable. Observe his smug, self satisfied smile even as he is wheeled out to a chorus of boos.
