Two days old baby boy. Prenatal diagnosis of suspected congenital heart disease. Echocardiography showed:All four veins are seen returing to a posterior confluence that sits behind the left atrium. the veins are diverted inferiorly through a large vertical vein. • Has there been any research into the genetic connection with TAPVC? I am 35 y.o. and had TAPVC corrected at 3 weeks old. Perfectly healthy (heart-wise) now. Having a child in 5 months and the 22 week ultrasound looks great... just curious though.

  • why not anatomical view in subcostal like we do in Stanford and mayo?
