  • Hey MOT, I know your feelings toward the economy, but do you feel that consumer sentiment and in turn cosumer spending this holiday season may be effected fairly significantly by the negative headlines and everyone on TV? I have read a many articles with people that have not been hit financially but due to what everyone is saying about the economy they feel they should not be out buying.

  • The economy is much worse than tv is letting on. Much worse.

  • God bless you man.

  • Thanks

  • This just in, Jim Press, Chrysler's vice chairman says "If we have a catastrophic failure of one of these car companies, in this tender environment for the economy, it's a huge blow. It could trigger a depression."

  • Hey, a few other folks are starting to use the d word. MOT viewers have known for 18 months that we will enter a depression. Thanks for sharing info on another partial wake up from a business leader.

  • Debt = slavery.

A simple yet obvious equation. But as you say people are conditioned to think of is as a completely normal way to obtain goods.

I ask.. can the squirrel who gathers nuts for winter, obtain these on 'credit'?

No, because nature does not work that way.
