Probably this is Acid Techno. Not Acid House because of the faster tempo, and not Acid Trance because of the lack of melody. Techno is a music iwht no melody required, more focused on percussions, dark atmosphere, and techniques. Acid Techno is a mix of Techno and Acid House.

@PsycloneD recently i found out that acid techno can be slow in tempo as house, or faster even than trance (over 150 bpm) like in this video above. but acid techno always uses more electro beats than house, so it shouldn't be confused with house or tribal house when the tempo is slower. i'll give you two examples of acid techno with a slow tempo: Projekt Knoff-U - Tribe bribe, Silent Breed - Mental surgery
