dear "aresvideos" and "lo888a"! thanks a lot for your question and your answers. When I saw your question, I went through all the Amelie audio tracks, I listen to the first let's say 20 seconds of all of them, couldn't find it.
Yes, it is indeed "Its Sur le fil" and this melody starts at 36th second of the soundtrack.
