They're pulling the parachutes' "d-bags" (deployment bags) back onto the aircraft. It's really tough to pull them onboard when you have a large stick of jumpers.

My dads been a loadmaster for the past 21 years, and is currently on MC-130P Combat Shadows. I'm going to the recruiter next week, hoping to get a slot as a loadmaster.
Any tips would greatly be appreciated.
