I bought some Latvian beer to review on my channel, but I also wanted to make some Latvian food. This looks good. Is there anything else you recommend I try making from Latvia?

hi. I'm from Latvia. and i think that with meat-grinder the recepy would be better. and you can put boiled potatoes, or even green ones instead of bread.

You have to be more specific in terms of the type of meat.... what kind of pork do I use? this recipe is incomplete, I don't understand when you speak.

For this recipe I use sausage meat, just I'm preparing it myself. Ask in your butcher's shop to prepare home-made sausage meat without spices.
All the ingredient list you will find on our website under option "Meat" -> "Latvian meatballs".
