  • What? I'm agreeing with Sanders? We're all going to die!... eventually.

  • What I want to know is; Why are these people titled "HONORABLE"? also, who are these are people, are they scientists, researchers, I'd like to know how much they get paid from the tax payers pocket..i'd like them to be audited, it's pretty obvious who owns their allegiance and it is NOT the American Public.

  • Sanders and Kucinich are awesome. It's like they're real people and most of the others are mannequins.

  • Bernie Sanders for PRESIDENT

  • I thought the NRC was employed by US, the American people. How can these scoundrels hide their votes and the nature of their recommendation when it affects milliions of people? This is outrageous. well done, Senator Sanders, but makes us angry!

  • @femfacal I wish he would run. Now would be a great time lot's of people are fed up with the current two headed snake system.

  • Keep up the great work Sen. Sanders!!

  • I love Bernie Sanders! Give em hell Bernie!

  • @Arwydd That is what I used to think. But, Vermont only gets about 10% of its electrical power from VT Yankee. Shutting it down won't have as big of an impact as Entergy says it will. Plus, when an old plant is closed, the spent fuel rods need a location to be stored, and everything that has been around or touched by the nuclear materiel has to be delt with as well. my final point on this is that these plants are economical to build.
