Shinson Hapkido ist ein Gesundheitstraining für Körper und Geist, das von Großmeister Ko. Myong aus den traditionellen koreanischen Kampfkünsten in Verbindung mit asiatischer Heilkunst und Lebensweisheit entwickelt wurde.
Es gibt im Shinson Hapkido ein großes Programmangebot mit modernen Selbstverteidigungstechniken, klassischer Kampfkunst, Aufbau- und Konditionstraining, ganzheitlicher Gymnastik, effektiven Energie- und Atemübungen sowie Meditation in Ruhe und Bewegung. Dabei steht nicht die sportliche Leistung, sondern der Mensch als Ganzes im Vordergrund. Shinson Hapkido lehrt, wie man sich selbst und andere auf natürliche Weise gesund erhalten, schützen und heilen kann, indem man Körper, Lebenskraft, Herz und Geist ins Gleichgewicht bringt.

I also train Shinson Hapkido i Denmark, in Holbæk, it is such an awesome sport, a sport that not only teaches you awesome moves and so on, but also makes you happy getting to know a bunch of new and extremely kind people its a real privilege for me to train with and beside such great people!
