baby boomers destroyed everything they touched and they will get to spend the last 20 or 30 years of their life sucking from the social security tit while future generations will have to pay for it immensely. they probably had the cushiest and most destructive lives of any generation ever. they put nothing back into the system and took everything out. it destroys a country when an entire generation gets to live like that

@gsh73la  I'm the kind of "twat" who knows that the Baby Boomers are a generation of selfish, spoiled brats. Born during the greatest boom times of the 50s and early 60s, they were spoiled rotten by their Greatest and Silent Generation Parents.

BTW: Look up Silent Generation, that small generation sandwiched in between Greatest and the Booms. They irony is that they produced all of the greatest music of the 60s.

The Stones, Beatles, the Who et all were members of Silent, Not Booms.

I guess using the terms Generation X, Y and Baby Boomers although used in marketing can stereotype these groups. However, the traits of these groups are interesting. Nice presentation.

Not going to post what I was but... Im already that age!!! I remember at the VA some old woman talking about shes a baby boomer (like I care) and talking about vehicle plants closing in Michigan and so on. Saying shes from Michigan!!! Are we evolving yet?

You boomers,always so quick to think you're perfect, and blame another generation for the problems you make. You know you voted for Ronald Regan when your 20 year old self would have kicked your own ass for such a thing. Strange to me how a generation that grew up with such great opportunities promoting ideas of Love, Music, Culture, Freedom Of Expression became the very evil that they seemed to think their parents were and even worse! I very much miss their parents from what I remember of them as a young child! They had something called reverence, respect and valued human life, the future, and their children!  They made me finish my plate at the table and appreciate everything I had and that meant something!
