Saturday mornings I take the daughter to Gymnastics, I sometimes take the opportunity to train while she is training. It makes sense, train when and where you can with what you have available. I planned this one so I took my 20 and my FlexStaps (I like suspension training) and my Gymboss.
The vid shows just a few exercise examples with bodyweight and some kettlebell action. Technique could always be better.
