@yourshitjusthitmyfan Last man down raps on 2 strands (the 2d strand is in my rope bag and I hook the bag to my harness and it feeds out as I descend). You pull the rope down by pulling on the strand with the block (in my video, it would be strand on the left). Or, the last man can undo the block B4 he raps, rap on 2 strands, and pull the rope on either side.
A common block is a clove hitch on the spine of a large locking biner & that is set against the small rap ring so it can't pull thru

how do you retrieve your rope when the last guys down ? ?l ooks like you have a knot tied in the rappel ring ring .
