This is footage filming the moon using the SANYO TH1.
This video shows footage of the moon using the sanyo th1's four different ISO settings:50,100,200,400.

which th1 do u have? cause i just got mine and it goes up to 1600 iso, also 720p, and 30x optical zoom so it would b hd here on youtube

I have the RED Xacti TH1 Yes I relise it has 1600 but have to figure out how to use it. 720p is HD ready so it appears as HQ on youtube if its full HD it appears as HD on youtube. I need to look mor einto the iso settings.

I'll have to add a photo to show the distance from camera to the moon. The 30x zoom is pretty good. I'll add a link to a photo to show the distance
