  • So this is better then taking Multi Vitamins ; also How many times do you Juice a day ... ?

  • Multivitamins are fine if you take "whole food" vitamins..Preferably liquid vitamins..Which cost about 100 dollars for a 30 day supply..& they are the best but I still juice in addition to them because you can't get the nutritional properties out of a tablet or an ounce of liquid vitamins that you receive from freshly juiced veggies...I juice the once a day which gives me 2 glassfuls which I drink 1 in the morning the other in the afternoon an hour before dinner..I lost 75 pounds 2 years ago.

  • Carrots are good for your Vision...my mom use to make natural veggie juices but after it was done she would add Orange Juice to it....maybe you should try it sometime GBU

  • Carrots also contain natural beta carotine which adds oxygen to the bloodstream & gets rid of those free radicals which causes cancer & other illness..People who don't juice should eat a raw organic carrot everyday...God bless

  • U mention sugar not being good.. What's the evidence?? Actually white sugar,sweet fruits,squashes,root veggies, with digestible protein and salturated fats Are Best Foods to Boost Metabolism.. It takes a while but It's Like that!! Dr. Ray Peat and Broda Barnes R Masters..

  • U probably do exercise on empty stomach in the am be4 your "healthy" juice.. U probably have lost weight and got Smaller not Slimmer!! Scale weight loss does not tell u what u lost.. could be water, lean tissue, glycogen and bone density.. Plus loosing weight does not meat getting healthier.. Do you check body temp?and pulse?are they around 37c and 75/80? Those are Markers for Strong Healthy Meatabolism!!

  • Bless You Brother. I'm a new Juicer Addict. I've had many problems with being irritable because for a long time body has been carrying all this poisonous toxic baggage.Today i feel the same way you do with more energy to get up in the morning and all My aches and pains are gone from my Feet, Ankles, Knees, Lower / Upper Back and no more Abdominal pain.

    Juice delivers the the right stuff to get rid of the bad stuff. I,m 44 but wanna look as young by the time I am 60 and beyond and no pills.

  • Red pepper is great as a sweetener and also contains vitamin C. When we juiced in the morning we would add carrots, red pepper with the veggies for a little sweetness. The skin is also healthy to use, you just have to make sure that it's clean and organic before juicing. I used wheatgrass as well which is a great detoxifier. Overall, a great presentation.
