Lyrics:

Me and my arrow
Straighter than narrow
Wherever we go, every one knows
It's me and my arrow

Me and my arrow
Taking the high road
Wherever we go, everyone knows
It's me and my arrow

And in the morning when I wake up
She may be gone, I don't know
And we make up just to break up
I'll carry on, oh yes I will

{refrain}
Me and my arrow
(do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do)
Straighter than narrow
Wherever we go, every one knows
It's me and my arrow

Me and my arrow (5X)

{Refrain}

  • @suffolkpompey > Harry Nilsson's The Point has been available for quite some time (years) on CD - Try Amazon, both UK and US, they both have it. Also the DVD is available now too!

  • i was watching "my name is earl" and they played this song so i had to youtube it ha ha

  • I am the 10,000th view

  • I used to have the album "The Point" many years ago on vinyl, I've looked around for it on CD but can't find it, so it's great to be able to hear it again.

  • I remember being sat on the sofa with my mum, watching this film in, 1967/68 I think. Absolutely hypnotised by the beauty of it all.

  • i am the 7000th view

  • Thank you so much for posting this. It's as timely and sweet as it was when I first heard it!!!

  • Seems as I've gotten older there were more words to that song.. guess not.. I still love it all these years later though

  • Man I love this song and how it takes me back to when I was a little boy. This cartoon really spoke to me about racial equality which meant a lot back in the seventies !
