Hip Hopera - Scene 3: Romance

On May 7, 2008, i witnessed what i would call a true "hip hopera". There were 2 singers, 2 dj's scratching and dropping beats while a pianist accompanied them. The place was packed, old and young, opera purists and hip hop heads. It ended with a standing ovation. This was on a next level!!!
