  • This hill is definitely magnetic.  Have observed this myself. Quite a common phenomonon.

    Fortunately most Scottish compass benders only work if you place the compass near the rock, but beware Ben More and the Black Cuillin on Skye.

  • yep iron ore look for red rock

  • There's a big lodestone nearby....
