CREATE YOUR OWN CARTOON
1) CREATE ONE SINGLE PANEL WITHOUT A CAPTION. LET THE DRAWING TELL THE JOKE.
2) CREATE ONE SINGLE PANEL WITH A CAPTION BETWEEN TWO CHARACTERS.
THE CHARACTERS CAN BE BASED ON ANYBODY OR ANYTHING: YOURSELF, AN ATHLETE, A MOVIE STAR, EVEN YOUR PET.
3) USE THE PANELS BELOW, OR IF YOU NEED MORE SPACE USE ANOTHER SHEET OF PAPER TO CREATE YOUR OWN CARTOONS.

To date has produced 23 Cruise sketchbooks, including eight World Cruises. Cartoonist for the Carmel Pine Cone since 1972. (17 of these cartoons permanently displaed in the Carmel U.S. Post Office.) Bill has been published and those books are "Carmel By-The-Bates" and "San Francisco-The City By The Bates".
