i have a question. Why do all the asiatic people in that area(china, japan, korea, etc) look similar? Mongolians looks a lot like Chinese ppl, and even my mom said that its hard to tell the difference just by looking.

they dont. you just cant tell because you are not from that area. ask any native korean/chinese/japanese if they can tell the difference and the majority will say yes.
