Losing weight & gaining muscle is a lot of hardwork! I've started my new workout through a site I found in the net. It's not getting that buffed/bloated body. Best is the lean muscular look. Check out my profile, I can't post the site in Youtube.

I always thought that losing more than 2 pounds a week results in muscle loss even you eat lots of protein.

@mario68079 Not necessarily, your upward limit of fat is about 2 pounds (or so) a week, but when you lose weight, you also deplete water, glycogen, etc, a lot of factors that go into "weight". Short answer: YES you can lose more than two pounds of weight in a week.
