I dont understand please someone tell me... That fast repetition with the bar going side by side... if your going at that speed dont you risk big time injury and its bad for your muscles??? Isnt the best weight workour being smooth a controled while maintaining form, stability, angles, the correct motion of speed etc?? Please correct me if i am wrong but that is what i have learned for years...

@Treckorz i think it isnt bad because is using low weight, and they do it fast to have flexibility in muscles i guess ( sorry 4 my bad english =(
