I hope this all works out. So far, SS2 is repeating Shepherd's suborbital flight (with more people and room).
I wonder about the feather; is it scalable enough to cover orbital flight as a re-entry method? In sub-orb you don't have to dissipate 25,000mph in lateral energy.
I also fear what the public is going to do when one of these fails. Melville almost bought it when his elevator jammed in his first space flight. Had it not unjammed itself, he'd been a goner.
