yes i just wanted to experience with them, but i really think i cant fault them, you know sometimes when you have a business people start to hate others, and start rumors, we are general people the public who watch cosmetics to make sure what we purchase etc. but the things youve seen i think they are personal between the bitch slap team and they are just angry at each other. pigments i wud nt buy, but other stuff i would.

i mean i do generally love there products, and online store, i would purchase from them, but not just there pigments now, after what i heard. oh ok it took 3 weeks thats preety long,

@chinikumhai Yeah i like the look of most of their products but i think theres quite a few site that sell the exact same products so look around b/c you may find cheaper.

basically you ordered a colour, but you never got that colour???

@chinikumhai I ordered a certain colour but it was pictured differently to what it looked like in real life. I wouldn't order from bitch slap if i were you b/c apparently there pigments aren't cosmetic grade and if i knew what i know about bitch slap today i definitely wouldn't have ordered from them.

@dontmakemesadelaide you can't fault them for the shipping, it DOES say on their website that out of the U.S. it takes up to 30 days, they warned you, not their fault

@dontmakemesadelaide i havent ordered any pignments, but thier wheels are ok, ive heard lots are buying from them still, and the wheels are ok, but yes u are right the pigments are maybe not right, but you cant fault the rest of thier products because they are generally normal eyeshadows made by manufactour, and pigments i dont trust, personally i would order from bsc, like there eyeshadows but 4 pigments i would give it a miss.
