Well, no, it's not just a girl in purple shiny pants clapping and spinning...etc. It's a girl dancing in a dance video for kids to dance along to and have fun, AND learn how to dance.....so no...not creepy.
The video's not creepy. It's the people who have creepy thoughts who are creepy.
