@timmythelonglost its not that bad..:) it just seem scary:) but once you are out.. you dont feel fafraid and besides.. leave your body then you have an OBE leave the earth plane... then you have an astral travel..:) trust me!! thats the most awesome thing you ever do!! :) and there is even more to that:) loads of people dont beleive this.. take my word.. its real.. and if you have fear you will never achieve an OBE!!:) nothing can harm you there:) unless you let them scare u.

scary stuff guys. dont ever try. its not happily doodly in that world unless you listen to this guy and think of something joyful like a good memory or a loved one thats always glad to see you. Ive had the opposite. lets just say i had a horrific lucid nightmare and woke up with a sore neck from being strangled and my throat dry as a desert from screaming. Bad idea for anyone to experience without proper knowledge of what theyre getting into

boring. i have had extensive natural 'obe's as their called. by oversleeping or sleep exhaustion,theres one thing in common - a shaking free of the internal vectors that solidify, ground and validate what you see in the mirror everyday. these vectors (points of reference that inhibit a regular departure from the physical in our minds) are losened and a sense of total and overwhelming, even mind numbing, relaxation occurs.
