Large porch on south end of the house off the living room. Decent fireplace in the living room but chimney has some flue issues so would need to spend some cash to get it smoking again. Entryway is large, features a half-bath and the same terrible carpet as the rest of the first floor. Dining room is a good size with plenty of light. Kitchen is dated but the cabinets are fairly solid. "Door to nowhere" will need a stoop to get down to the garage, or a big warning sign. :) Back porch area is weather tight, minus the doggie door that will get sealed up tight. Don't worry Carol!!!
