Hey I have an inline 6 with flowmaster, 2.5 inch cutback piping with now cat and stock headers. My question is, was it challenging to put in the headers and how much did it cost at a shop to do it?

god damn fools

i have gibson headers, magnaflow cat, flowmaster 40 series, 62mm throttle body (don't get a spacer they suck and do nothing) and a K&N cold air intake. my 0-60 time is about 9 seconds now instead of the stock 10.6, but i have gained a lot more passing power at higher speeds. the torque is unbelievable as well. it is hard to get a lot more horses out of the I6 without dumping a lot of money. but you can certainly get a lot more torque. if i am over 40mph and i floor it, my ZJ takes off!

deffnly, headers will make the 44 fly well, but you can also throw a resonating tip on to smooth out the sound.scope out the modified xj video and you'll see

hey man i have the same setup! for your exhaust, does it seem to have less ground clearance than the stock muffler? after i installed my borla in my '01 GC the muffler seems to sit much lower to the ground than stock, is that the same with you?

He meant a different car w/ a V6, not this one.

Nice sound!....Imagine the borla on my V8!, that'd sound well nice, got me thinking now! :-)

v6? inline six...

you probably mean a 62mm TB spacer.

im thinkin of putting in a magnaflow cat. now headers im not sure about, they cost money lol
do you think a flowmaster super 44 would sound good on a 4.0 v6?
