  • I have a question. If I understand you right, you say that truly unhappy people who have a negative view on others also have a negative view on themselves.

What then about arrogant people? They sort of look down on others, but they have very high thoughts about themselves.

I would be VERY thankful if you could answer this question :)

  • Arrogant people who put down others are precisely the insecure people that this video is speaking about.

  • what if we never actually feel loved, and this leads us to feeling so frustrated we become abusive,, to others and often to ourselves.... and to deal with this we need more drugs for pain and frustration..a generation of alchoholics.... what if i saw someone like you and thought you attractive, but knew that you could never love me... and this mate me hateful and i called you a b***h! and i myself were stuck in a self abusive cycle?

  • I think u're really starting to improve my vision of life. Thank u so much.

  • This was REALLY helpful to me - thank you!!!

  • So true. Good message

  • Some people are abusive only to close family members, but act differently towards their circle of friends outside the family.

  • That is so insightful.... it really is. I found that this is absolutely true in my experience. It is important to remember that you must deal with your own issues so that you don't take them out on your partner.
