India sends peacekeeping troops to Lebanon

New Delhi, January 19 (ANI): A unit of the Indian army contingent left on UN peace keeping mission to Lebanon from New Delhi on Monday.Third largest contributor to UN peacekeeping operations, India is sending its two Dogra contingent to Lebanon.Deputy Chief of the Army Staff, SPS Dhillon told reporters that the unit had been deployed under Chapter six of the United Nations-Peacekeeping to ease the tensions in the region.

id just like to say that Pakistan is very underrated as a Peace keeping force i.e Rwanda where many Pakistani Peacekeepers had no guns but still had the balls to stand there and say no to a dozen armed psychopaths and im Indian Peace is what all humanity should strive for not just one country India also does a lot of good work and resolves matters generally without conflict
